JOAN MARIE PAQUETTE

Paquette, Joan Marie (Coyne), 81, a lifelong resident of South Boston passed away peacefully surrounded by family on March 7, 2016.  Beloved wife of Conrad “Ray” Paquette. Devoted mother of Karen J. (Branagan) Flynn and her husband Richard P. of Holbrook, John F. Branagan of South Boston, and Debbie A. (Paquette) Thompson and her husband Jeremy A. of Melrose.  Loving grandmother of Lauren (Flynn) Bernazzani, Casey (Flynn) Hines, and Tyler and Kyle Thompson.  Great-Grandmother of Shaylee, Addison and Sophia Flynn-Bernazzani, and Natalie Hines. Sister of the late Donald Coyne, Phyllis Phelps, Pat Maltese, the late Richard Coyne, and Kathleen Keefe.  Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.  Visiting hours in the Wm.F. Spencer Funeral Home, 575 East Broadway, South Boston on Thursday from 4 to 8 PM.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Gate of Heaven Church, 609 East Fourth Street, South Boston on Friday at 10 AM.  The Paquette family would like to thank the staff of St. Elizabeth’s Medical Center for their kind and compassionate care of our mother.In lieu of flowers donation's in Joan's memory may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital 501 St. Jude Pl.
