Janice Claire McCormick, (Regan), passed away in Boston, Massachusetts, on October 11, 2026, after a long illness, which she fought bravely. She was born on March 16, 1954, in Boston, Massachusetts, and will be remembered with love for her strength, devotion, and quiet warmth.
Janice was a dedicated caregiver to her son, Paulie, a role she embraced with deep love and steadfast commitment. A homebody by nature, she found happiness in life’s simple comforts and familiar pleasures. She enjoyed watching movies, working on crossword puzzles, and doing artwork, pastimes that reflected her thoughtful spirit and creative side.
Above all, Janice cherished her family. She is survived by her life partner, Paul Manning; her sons, Thomas “TJ” McCormick and Paul “Paulie” Manning; Daughter in law Michelle McCormick, and her beloved grandchildren, Kailey McCormick and Ben McCormick, to whom she was a devoted grandmother. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews of the Sullivan and Mullane families, who remain part of the circle of love that surrounded her throughout her life.
She was predeceased by her sister Elaine Mullane and Elaine’s husband, Neal, as well as by her sister Deborah Sullivan and Deborah’s husband, Joseph. Their memories remained an enduring part of Janice’s life and family story.
