Springs,Florida on March 26,2011 after a brief illness Beloved Wife of
Atty.Daniel D. Gallagher of South Boston and Bonita Springs,Devoted
Daughter of Jane F.Woods and the Late Joseph A. Woods of South Boston
formerly of Bedford MA. Dear Sister of Joel C. Woods and His Wife Jean
of Laurel,Maryland.Aunt of James Woods and Jeremy Woods both of
Laurel,MD. Also Survived by Her Aunt Gail Settle of Avon,NY.,several
Cousins and Her Husband's Children and Grandchildren. Gail Graduated
from Bedford High School and from Hofstra University with a degree in
music. She was a accomplished Soprano having sung at Boston Opera
House, St.Patrick's Cathedral in New York and Fenway Park (pictured).
Visiting Hours will be held in the Wm.F.Spencer Funeral Home 575
E.Broadway (at H St.) South Boston on Thursday March 31, from 2:00PM
to 4:00PM with a Memorial Service at 4 :00PM . A Reception will follow
at a local Restaurant. In lieu of flowers donation's may be made in
Gail's name to South Boston Community Health Center 409 West
Broadway,South Boston MA.02127.Interment of Gail;s Ashes at the
Mass.National Cemetery,Bourne  MA. will be private.
