Francis E. Park III

(Ted) Of South Boston, February 5, 2010, age 79, formerly of Duxbury. Beloved father of Laura, Susan and Ted. Beloved brother of Harley Park of Connecticut and also survived by 6 nieces and nephews. Graduate of Browne & Nichols School, class of 1948 and of Harvard University, class of 1952. Member of Trinity Church. Also member of South Boston Historical Society , Ipswich Historical Society and Boston Athenaeum. U.S. Marine and Korean War Veteran. Worked for the state of Massachusetts with the State Senate for over 20 years. Funeral Services will be held at Trinity Church, 206 Clarendon St., Boston on Saturday, February 20 at 2 PM. Friends and relatives are invited. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ted's memory to the Cancer Center at Mass General Hospital: Mass General Development Office, Cancer Center, 165 Cambridge St., Suite 600, Boston, MA. 02114
