Born in So. Boston, at the age of 60, died suddenly. The Beloved son of Bernard Duggan Sr. and the late, Lorraine (Walsh) Duggan.
Survived by his Loving sisters, Lorraine Sinkus of Dorchester, Julie and Vincent Canino of Canton, Beverly Kelley and Gail Joyce of Quincy; Brother of John Duggan of Dorchester and many nieces and nephews. He was also the brother of the late Bernice “Niecey” Duggan. There will be a private Memorial Service for family members to attend at the home of Julie Canino, starting at 1:00 pm on Friday, September 20, 2013 www.spencerfuneralservice.com
